Bahan-bahan:

  • 500 gr daging sapi (sandung lamur), potong dadu

  • 2 batang serai, memarkan

  • 3 lembar daun jeruk

  • 2 cm lengkuas, memarkan

  • 2 liter air

  • 3 sdm minyak goreng

Bumbu halus:

  • 6 siung bawang merah

  • 4 siung bawang putih

  • 3 butir kemiri sangrai

  • 1 sdt ketumbar

  • 1 ruas kunyit bakar

  • 4 buah kluwek, rendam air panas, ambil isinya

  • Garam, gula secukupnya

Cara membuat:

  1. Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum. Masukkan serai, daun jeruk, dan lengkuas.

  2. Rebus daging hingga empuk, lalu masukkan bumbu tumis.

  3. Masak hingga kuah menghitam dan daging meresap.

  4. Sajikan dengan taoge pendek, sambal, dan telur asin.
