Es Pisang Ijo

 Bahan:

  • 5 buah pisang raja

  • 150 gr tepung beras

  • 50 gr tepung terigu

  • 200 ml santan

  • Pewarna hijau secukupnya

  • Sirup merah, es serut

Cara membuat:

  1. Kukus pisang hingga matang.

  2. Campur tepung beras, terigu, santan, dan pewarna hijau, aduk rata.

  3. Balut pisang dengan adonan, bungkus plastik, lalu kukus 15 menit.

  4. Sajikan dengan bubur sumsum, sirup merah, dan es serut.
